    Microsoft support is unavailable after prompt to contact them for Windows 11 activation


    I cannot access online or phone support services for windows 11 license activation, as I am getting a 0x803fa067 error. I recently changed the motherboard and reinstalled the boot keys to enable secure boot to upgrade from Windows 10. I had a valid Win 10 license, and it upgraded to Win 11 without a problem. The troubleshooter does not work, and directs me to the support page, where I am unable to select any option/click on anything. It lists the different windows options, "activation of windows 11", "activation of windows 10" etc., but nothing is clickable. I tried SLUI 4 in run, doesn't wor
