    Microsoft support isn't allowing real time chat and I'm not getting call backs


    I've tried for several days to initiate a tech support contact for activation issues with installation of Windows 11 on a new machine. It's a digital license and even after signing into my MS account on the new instillation of windows it won't activate. I've tried contacting support. The chat option isn't available. The message is that they will call back "Call back time may vary". I did receive a call back late at night - I was asleep. This is 6-8 hours after requesting the call. This is a useless option for any with a schedule. I've tried again and I'm not getting call backs at all.

    lol *Wink - - - Updated - - - @huffman I've had good experience with MS Support via this link. You have to go through a few bits but you should end up on a page where you type in, briefly, your issue, several suggest links may appear that may help you but the 'Get Help' button should become active. Click on that and you should be through to a 'real' person via chat. I've found them very helpful and recommend this way.     Printer isn´t working after latest update.

    After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
    3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.
