Windows 10: microsoft support smh just quit and in in service history it says that its already resolved

idk the microsoft support guy restarted the pc * usually they ask tho but this time he just click restart without asking actually im fine with that * then when i open the link its says it was closed i was kinda confused how to contact that support back, i checked my service request history and it says the issues was resolved, while rn the problem is getting worse after he did smthng with it * i think the support guy didnt finish his things yet but alrdy left the request *

B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.
