    Microsoft Support w/Reward Points


    I've wanted to redeem my Microsoft Reward points, but as you might know, it requires phone number verification. At the moment, I don't have an available number to use, and I've tried reaching out to Microsoft to see if there is any alternative they can provide. Multiple times. I don't know what in the world they are doing, but every time I sent a case, it was always closed after a day or so, with no answer. And then, they would ask for support feedback, even though no damn resolution was even provided. Each time, I tried contacting a support agent as well, and they all said the same thing, "I

    • What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type
      winver in Windows search/Run command)
    • Did you try sign in to Microsoft Rewards, using a different browser?

    Meanwhile, we would suggest you to create a

    New support request
