    Microsoft Surface Book 2: Couldn't delete files


    So I had purchased recently the Microsoft surface book 2 and I was super excited about it. Recently, however I couldn't delete some files and was having trouble with that. I tried deleting and it just didn't want to do as I said. Finally, took me an hour to figure out a way that seemed to help. No I am not tech savvy, so hopefully this does permanently delete the files. So if you are also having trouble with this, I only found one solution that would help and it was to move the files to the desktop. This allowed me to delete the files that I was having such a hard time deleting. I hope this works for you all as well. Also make sure you go to the Onedrive first and look through there for files, and move them from the Onedrive to the desktop and then delete.

    Although I hope a tech person can explain why this is happening that would be nice; Or in the next updates they can fix this problem or tell us how to fix this issue properly because it is annoying.
