Windows 10: Microsoft Surface Mobile Mouse Won't Enter Bluetooth Pairing Mode

Hello,I've had a Microsoft Surface Mobile Mouse for a few years now. My wife used the mouse the other day and it paired with her computer fine. I then tried to pair it back to my Surface Pro as I have done several times and initially it appeared that it would work, however, I got a notification saying that pairing failed.Since then, I am unable to get the mouse back into pairing mode. I hold down the button on the back of the mouse and it lights up for a second but won't blink / enter pairing mode, no matter how long I hold down the button.I have removed the batteries for 10-15 minutes an

Thank you for using Microsoft accessories products. I would like to confirm with you whether the LED light flashes after pressing the mouse button. For the sake of caution, I will provide the steps below for pairing Bluetooth mouse:

1. Press and hold the button on the bottom of the mouse until the LED light starts to flash (about 5 seconds).
   
2. On your Windows 10 PC, select Connect if a notification appears for your mouse, then wait for it to get set up.
   If you don't see the notification.Select Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth > Microsoft Modern Mobile Mouse or Surface Mobile Mouse.
   

Once your mouse is paired, the LED light will stop flashing. The light will stay on until you turn off your mouse.

Microsoft Arc Touch Bluetooth Mouse not going to pairing mode

Hi,

I was using Microsoft Arc Touch Bluetooth mouse with windows 10 OS. Few days back I did "remove device" from my laptop when it was paired already and working, after that the mouse isn`t going back to the pairing mode any way. I tried pairing it with another
laptop even with different OS but the mouse itself isn`t going to pairing mode when pressing pairing button at bottom of it (for 3 to 5 seconds) its red/green light not turning on.

I don`t think its pairing button gone faulty all of a sudden. Also changed batteries but failed.

I don`t see any RESET button on the mouse to try reset it. Do anyone knows how to reset Arc Touch Bluetooth Mouse? anyone who faced it and got it back to pairing mode again?

Bluetooth Pairing Issue with Microsoft Bluetooth 3600 Mouse on windows 10

Hi,

I have a similar issue installing the Microsoft Mobile 3600 Bluetooth mouse on my parents Lenovo T510 with Windows 10 installed on it. The pc can find the old Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 8000, but when I try to search with bluetooth for the Mobile 3600
mouse it cannot detect it.

I have tried the mouse on my Surface pro and there pairing is really easy so I know the device is not defective.

Are there any suggestions to resolve this problem?
