Windows 10: Microsoft suspended my hacked account, how do I remove the email from my windows user?

A few days ago, my microsoft account was hacked. My email was still somehow linked to it, but the hackers added their own suspicious emails. Microsoft did not stop them from signing in despite having a 2fa app enabled, somehow. So, I contacted their support, and I luckily got in touch with a very helpful person who forwarded this problem with all its details to the escalation team, who concluded that, since the hackers changed emails and 2fa, the only thing they could to is suspend my account.Now, since I don't have anything purchased on that account, I thought it wouldn't be a problem, howev

Microsoft Account Temporary Suspended

Hello Microsoft Community,

I have a recurring problem. Almost every week, my Microsoft account with the email of *** Email address is removed for privacy *** gets temporarily suspended with an unknown reason of why it does. This has started when I used a hack for Microsoft Rewards that lets you get more points than
usual. After my Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended, after a couple of days, it came back, and I haven't used the hack ever since. Though, I did use the hack on other accounts and exchanged points. But after I realized that my account has been suspended
every week, I didn't do anything like that again. Today though, I tried to sign in to my account, but it said it became suspended and I don't know why. I did nothing to wreck the agreement at all anymore. I tried to use my phone number, but since I used it
before, it said, "usage limit exceeded, try again tomorrow." I tried again the next day, it still says it. So, I think there is a huge problem with my account, and if you can resolve this problem, that would be great. Also, I have 5 accounts that I want to
close Microsoft Rewards on, which is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, and *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Also, this account is not my real one, and I can't use my real account to post this message, as it's suspended. Please help.

email account hacked. please help

I have a yahoo email account that seems to be hacked. Following are hacking activities I have noticed.

1) Spam emails being sent from my account to my account and my recovery email account.
2) Recent emails in inbox are missing
3) New emails in deleted mails folder

I have reset passwords for both my email account and recovery email account and also re-installed my mac but still spam emails are being sent from my account to my account and my recovery email account.

My mac was not even turned on when those emails were being sent. No one else knows my password. I do access mail from my iphone and ipad too.

Its my primary email account please help.
