Windows 10: Microsoft Teams connectivity problems

I have been trying to figure out why I have problems with meetings in Teams. On a laptop Toshiba, I have audio calls where someone shares their screen with me. After some time, the audio breaks up and sounds like a bad cell phone call. I don't have any problems seeing the video, though. Wait about 30 seconds to a minute and then the audio comes back. I have plugged the laptop directly into an Ethernet switch. No other computers on the network are downloading or streaming anything while I'm having my meetings. What's weird is that I can unplug the cable and connect my cell phone to the USB po

Normally when you get this error, you should confirm first using teams on the web to see if there is nothing wrong with your account. Please use this link to do so. checking your credentials..., also check your network connection.

After confirming that everything is fine from there, I would suggest you to clear your teams cache using this steps.

• Log out of teams
  

• Quit Microsoft Teams. Right-click the icon and select Quit.
  
• Cut and paste the following location into File Explorer: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
  
• Delete the contents of the entire folder.
  
• Restart Microsoft Team
  
• Login again.
  

After that sign in first using your education account.
