Windows 10: Microsoft teams high cpu when resuming from sleep

For the first ~10 min after waking up from sleep, Microsoft Teams take 50-60% CPU consistently. I tried hard to fix this issue - I tried uninstall and reinstalling Teams, I ran sfc -scannow and dism.exe, but nothing helped. I also tried windows performance analyzer tool, and this is what I observed:As you can see, there are thousands of processes without any stack name running, which take most of the CPU time. Why this is happening and how I can fix this?

MS Teams utilizing high resources

Recently we installed the MS Teams in Win 10 systems, after installing PCs are getting very slow and all of the systems are using high CPU utilization (100%) after login to MS Teams Desktop APP. Even after Complete Windows Update
also same issue.

Suggested to give a needful.

Win7 Pro Laptop crashes when resumes from sleep

Ok almost positive it related to the wifi card/driver. If I disable it in the device manager my laptop sleeps and resumes just fine.

So I guess first step would to be try to find a different driver and if that doesnt work I guess I can replace it. Used mini pci-e wifi cards are pretty cheap.
