    Microsoft Text ODBC Driver


    I am attempting to add MS ODBC Text driver as a data source. I originally created it as a user source, but deleted it and re-entered it a s system source. Now it doesn't appear at all as a data source either as user or system. When I attempt to add it again, it tells me that it already exists. I can't see the driver in Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2022. What did I do wrong?

    Windows 10 unable to add Visual FoxPro ODBC driver

    I am attempting to add the Visual FoxPro ODBC driver to my list of active data sources, but am unable to do so.

    I have installed the latest driver downloaded directly from microsoft, and I have found the driver .dll file in windows explorer. However, when I attempt to add the data connection via ODBC Data Sources (32-bit), the driver does not come up in the available list.

    I checked the list in ODBC Data Sources (64-bit), just to make sure it was not listed there. I am aware that the FoxPro ODBC driver is 32-bit only.

    What next steps should I take in troubleshooting this issue? I've been googling for over two hours now, with no new developments. Thanks.

    How to fix endless reboot loop installing Microsoft ODBC Driver 17 - message: A previous installation required a reboot of the machine for changes to take effect.

    Ran the tool and it does not find the Microsoft ODBC 17 driver installed to uninstall and doesn't present it in list to fix. No ODBC installed. Reviewed 100% of the list presented to uninstall and 100% of the list
    presented that I might be having trouble and the ODBC was not anywhere in either list.

    Tried the install again after and same issue

    Ran the tool again.. both find problem/fix and uninstall also.

    What can I try next?

    New data source ODBC driver could not be loaded due to system error 126

    Hello,

    I have an error when i want to add User DSN in ODBC data administrator 32 bit after clicking the related driver..

    "The setup routines for the CSI RBM 4.02 ODBC Driver ODBC Driver could not be loaded due to system error code 126: The specified module could not be found. (C:\Windows\system32\mt40odbc.dll)."

    1. I have already installed the driver and already listed in drivers tab ODBC Data source administrator 32 bit (only in 32-bit).
    2. The file specified above (C:\Windows\system32\mt40odbc.dll) is already EXIST.
    I used windows 64-bit and the driver was 32 bit.
