Windows 10: microsoft "there's a temporary problem with the service. please try again. if you continue...

Seems almost impossible to talk to an actual human for support with windows. Not sure if this is even the support section! I've just got a new laptop today, trying to log into my Microsoft account on the start up and getting this message "there's a temporary problem with the service. please try again. if you continue to get this message, try again later."Please note it is not for this account, it is for my personal email. Can't contact support from my personal account because I can't log in, obviously. This is my work account fyi.I got an email on my personal email saying there was activity on

This did not work.

I am STILL receiving the following error when attempting to reset:

• There is a temporary problem with the service. Please try again.If you continue to get this message, try again later.

The suggestions so far have not helped.

Unfortunately this does not assist.

I have followed Steps 1, 2, 3. When I get to Step 4, I select the Send a code to my phone option (Call ** ******47), I then insert the last four digits of the phone number as requested and I receive the following error:

• There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later.

Please advise.

Hi Microsoft,

I am keen to resolve this issue as the answer provided does not resolve.

As outlined above, I have followed Steps 1, 2, 3. When I get to Step 4, I select the Send a code to my phone option (Call ** ******47), I then insert the last four digits of the phone number as requested and I receive the following

Can you please advise how I can resolve this issue to reset or recover the password such that we can log into Windows???
