    Contacts on Lumia 950 disappeared after Windows 10 Anniversary Update

    Correct me if I am wrong, but your contacts are not stored on your PC either. They are stored in the cloud and associated with your Microsoft account. Using a browser, sign into outlook.com. Verify your contacts still exists. If they do not, go to menu
    item Manage - Restore Deleted Contacts. Quick story... I managed to delete my contacts when installing Windows 10 on my old Windows 8.1 machine. Scared the **** out of me. I did successfully get them back using the above method. Long story short, if your contacts
    are still available at outlook.com then you should be able to resync. If they are not available at Outlook.com then you can restore, then resync your device(s). Hope this helps.

    Your contacts are backed up to your Microsoft account. Check them out at Outlook.com.

    go to manage option it will shown above than you can down load conatcts as in outlook file.
