  2. Windows 10 Update

On Saturday December 5th 2015 I shut down my computer and Microsoft placed updates on my laptop. On opening the next day the update has deleted all my photos and files. I googled how to retrieve and looked in Windows.old, however all 15 years of photos
have been deleted. Is there any other where to look for the photos?

I looked in the recycle bin and that was empty.

    Regards Ian

All you have to do is like I did, and sent it to OneDrive:

As we are already accustomed to, you will remain faithful to your posting principle "It does not have to be true to be posted as a fact". You cannot of course support your pseudo-facts with links to sources so you have to blindly trust that no one checks what you've posted.

I had forgotten that I had a LinkedIn account. One of the factors for me having forgot it is that I've not got a single email from LinkedIn in past year, spam or other messages. I only remembered it when taking part in an online webinar a few days ago where someone mentioned LinkedIn.

As I do not need the account, I signed in, went to my profile and closed account. It took, apart from having to sign in, four mouse clicks. As opposite to your posting principles, I do not just blindly give false information without any proof hoping that it would be believed, therefore I'll attach an email I received after closing that account:

    Keenly awaiting your next "facts"!

    Unsubscribing after saying this:

The member in question posted about LinkedIn that you "can't ever close an account". That is and was not an opinion, it was clearly posted as a fact. If remained uncorrected some readers of this thread might have believed it and used that as a reason for not to open a LinkedIn account.

Each and every person, each member here has of course right to post an opinion. What I am fighting against, have been fighting against and will continue fighting against is posting own beliefs as facts without providing any source or supporting information. It's even worse when doing it knowingly, posting something poster knows not to be true as a fact.

  14. Hi,
Being as easy as said it does not wipe your already exposed email account from everyone that had it
Spam continues until one blocks the domain... *Smile
