Windows 10: Microsoft took my nephew's holiday gift money and isn't adding it to their account

I've been attempting to set up my nephews Microsoft account and it's been painful at every turn. The final straw has been that they have taken his money from a bank account, but it is nowhere to be seen in any of our Microsoft account balances.I keep getting "This action is blocked" type errors every step of the way. I tried to set up his account via the Family Safety portal. Account creation blocked. Tried many different devices macOS, Windows, iOS, mobile hotspot and on iPhone and Wifi connection, many different browsers. I ended up having to use Safari on my iPhone in Private Browsing o

Help reclaim money from gift card for cancelled service

Usually the money in the Microsoft account will not expire. However, if the Money is transferred from any promotional gift card then the expiration will be depending on the gift card. For more information, you can refer the articles

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Refunded money on wrong account (Can't gift what I need on other account)

Hello.

I got into a problem recently and asked for a refund, which I got. But I need the money that's on this account, placed on another account used in a game.

I've tried to gift the thing I want for the game, but I can't... There's no option.

Is there a way that I can get the money of this account, place it on a gift card and send it to the correct account? Or can I gift what I need to gift?

I'm talking about the ancient coins in the game Sea Of Thieves. I had this problem where I bought the coins on the wrong account and asked for a refund, but if I'm getting the money back on the wrong account, there's no use to it then...

I would like to know a proper way to send the money on my Microsoft account to the other, I tried making the other account my family member, but I can't give the other account the money of the other account...

I know you can't give real money to another account, but if I can gift ancient coins to the other account, then I'm good
