    Microsoft Treasure Hunt Marked Squares


    I recently opened a new game of Treasure Hunt. Every single square has a brown exclamation point, and to mark it for a bomb, I tap the square. I cannot move to an unmarked square until all bombs have been marked. I USED TO have the board where no squares were marked, and I would mark them by pressing and holding momentarily. I had the option to go to any unmarked square by tapping that square. I want to go back to this format, but can't seem to find anything in Options that allows me to do so. Can anyone tell me how to TURN OFF the format where every square has an exclamation point? Thanks.

    I am now getting a Treasure Hunt logo banner in the middle of my game screen. It moves as the screen moves forward and backward and you can't click on any of the squares under the logo. Why is this happening?

    First, restart your computer a couple times then launch the game to see if it works.

    Open Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features

    Scroll down to Treasure Hunt

    Select it

    Click Advanced options

    Click Reset

    Restart

    Check the Store for updates

    If that does not work, use the following to remove the app completely:

    Download again.
