Skype, OneDrive and.... not connecting with Windows 10

Hi, and thank you for responding.

1) there is no error message

2) in bottom right there is the "extra programs" arrow up, where there is the onedrive app. When you click it, a flash screen. After that, click continue... it hangs.

Skype:

Start > Skype > click on the skype desktop app there, it takes you to a download.

Download app, install app, it runs automatically. (I have uninstalled and reintalled a few times). It loads login page of SKYPE account, if I login with skype it hangs there, jsut spinning, it I click login to Microsoft account, it doesn't load that.

Internet Explorer, open app, type any URL, just spins, nothing loads.

Of course I can use webpage version of Skype and OneDrive via outlook.com, but I would like to see everything working anyway.

I did have a problem with Chrome, but it was fixed. Now only those Microsoft Apps don't work.

I appreciate if you could answer a few questions:

1. Do you get any error message?

2. How did you try accessing OneDrive, Skype?

OneDrive comes inbuilt with the Windows 10. You can get into the OneDrive location which is C:\Users\your name\OneDrive.

Skype application, you need to download it from the store so that you can use it. You can also access through Outlook.com web based application.

I suggest you to right-click on the onedrive icon in the system notification area, but you will see an option to sign in.

You can also sign in to the
https://onedrive.live.com/ through browser and check it allows you to log in.

As you have mentioned, you are facing an issue with the several apps, Does this issue specific to Microsoft apps or third party apps as well?
