Windows 10: Microsoft Ultimate Word Games Daily Challenge Crossword has not worked since December 20, 2024.

Microsoft Ultimate Word Games Daily Challenge Crossword has not worked since December 20, 2024. That means Dec 20 through Dec 23 have not worked for Daily Challenge Crossword. After selecting it and waiting for the 30-second ad to finish, you get a blue error sign which states, "There was a problem loading Daily Challenge data. Please wait a few minutes and try again. If the problem persists, please contact our support team." What isn't stated is that there is no real support team. So can anyone tell me why the Crossword Daily Challenge isn't working? PC platform using Windows 10.

Microsoft Ultimate Word Games-Crosswords Daily Challenge

While playing the Microsoft Ultimate Word Games daily challenge, I received an error message when I got to the crossword mystery clue. Error message: There was a problem loading Daily Challenge data. Please check your internet connection and try again.

I don't have this issue with any of the other games, Wordament or Jumble. This issue just started July 1, 2017. Last month was perfect. Please tell me what I can do to fix this as I really like the crosswords. Thanks

Microsoft Ultimate Word Game Daily Challenge, getting the same Mystery Clue in the Crossword Game

When playing Microsoft Ultimate Word Game Daily Challenge, I have been getting the same Mystery Clue in the Crossword Game for the last week. Have recently reinstalled because of a loading problem. That problem was fixed, but now this. Any ideas?
