Windows 10: Microsoft Ultimate Word Games started showing ads even though Premium subscription paid...

I have been playing Ultimate Word Games daily since I purchased a yearly subscription to Premium in November 2019.

Today, it reverted to the free version, showing ads and offering an upgrade to Premium. Thinking that perhaps my subscription had ended, I clicked on upgrade to Premium and got a "Looks like you already own this" message,

I checked my account and found I did indeed have seven more months to go on my subscription.

I tried resetting the app, no difference. Uninstall and reinstall, didn't fix it. Log out of Xbox and restart, still showing ads. Ran the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter: Couldn't identify the problem.

I don't know what else to try.

Any suggestions?

Microsoft Minesweeper and Ultimate Word Games show as subscription has expired

Since the last update, my subscriptions to Microsoft Ultimate Word Games and Microsoft Minesweeper have gone back to unpaid subscriptions and even though they say I am still subscribed and to play them through the X-Box game bar, it is still acting as if
they need to be paid again. Please help!

Why wont the ultimate games open all it does is spin around and says there is a problem with the cloud

This happens a lot with the word games and I have paid for the premium
