Windows 10: Microsoft update broke my pc

    Microsoft update broke my pc


    So I was updating windows and after the update it did a factory reset on my pc and got some reason is now booting in windows 8.1 and thinks it’s a dell laptop and it’s not letting me do the online chat anyone know what to do or how to contact Microsoft for help
