Windows 10: Microsoft Update Catalog Error number: 8DDD0010

Today when I went to Microsoft Update Catalog to look for manual update msu files for specific problems, I received the following error:

[Error number: 8DDD0010]

I use this web site almost every day. Today I am getting an error. Microsoft web site does not provide any help in FAQs for this specific problem. I tried four browsers: Firefox, Edge, MSIE, and Google-Chrome. All showed the same error.


This is very frustrating. The web site administrator for this web site is Microsoft! Do they really expect me to contact them? I tried to submit a ticket - it looks like all I can do is provide "feedback", which I did.

Who can go kick the servers?

I can access the Microsoft Update Catalog (Microsoft Update Catalog), but I get the following error when searching for a specific KB (KB3020393)
