Windows 10: Microsoft update last two day- my touch pad key and my keyboard stopped executing

Microsoft updates the last two days- my touchpad key and my keyboard stopped executing.


I thought its driver problem and tried to uninstall and reinstall the same. but the drivers where old I updated them using Microsoft update but still it is my touchpad is not working. and strangely my system keyboard stopped working after a few minutes of login, I restarted the computer then it started working. I followed steps to switch off filter keys but then it is already of. I disabled Microsoft services from services and restarted. keyboard working. but system performance from the last two days decreased and taking more time to close and open apps, office, and all applications. I tried to restore all but not restore point in my system created before the updates.


Synaptics PS/2 drivers for 32 bit OS on windows update not working. Form the HP services the drivers for my model are old. please suggest

When I use the 2 finger scroll on my touch pad it locks my computer.

Hi all,

Every time I use my touch pad my computer locks and brings me back to the profile login screen. This just recently started and I haven't been able to find any answers to this question online. I also have not had a recent update in the last day that would
have spawned the issue. It is extremely frustrating.

Steps I've taken:

• Shut down and restart twice
• uninstalling and reinstalling drivers
• disabling touch pad and re-enabling touch pad

Any help is greatly appreciated!

 

Keyboard and touch pad issue

I have HP x360 laptop with Windows 10 on it. The problem is my keyboard and touch pad only works in BIOS mode but not when Windows get loaded. I have tried installing different OS too (Windows 7, Windows 8) but the problem still persists. During hardware
tests, the keyboard and touch pad tests show successful which suggests it's not an hardware issue. I have tried updating keyboard and touch pad drivers, even updated BIOS version. If anyone has the solution, kindly help me out.

 

Wake from Sleep with Touch Pad and Keyboard

My laptop is an ASUS X55LA. I have attached both photos and yes, I was referring to the device manager. BTW there is no 'Power Management' settings in my BIOS.
