  1. Microsoft Update Problems since Nov 23

My PC is a DELL PC BIOS version 2012. I had a problem that my PC would not boot, thinking that my update had caused the problem, I reverted the latest update. When i managed to get my OS online it prompted me to reinstall the update, but the update would not install. As per the advice of a microsoft expert i ran DISM and SFC but to no avail. I cannot reset the PC or update my BIOS. I would like a proper solution to this problem.Version-21H1Failed update name-2021-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 21H1 for x64-based Systems KB5007186

    Windows 10 update 23 July

Thanks but I can't get update info for 23 July Features update as another update took place on Friday morning 24 July which I hoped would clear the problem (it didn't). That is the only list on the installed updates page - nothing on 23 July update.
