Windows 10: Microsoft VBScript runtime error and every time I get this message by computer turns itself...

I keep randomly getting a Windows Script Host message saying the following:Line: 41Char: 5Error: Permisson DeniedCode: 800A0046Source: Microsoft VBScript runtime errorand every time I get this message by computer turns itself off. How can I fix this?

I eliminated the Runtime Error by deleting the program that was causing the problem. I hope it was not something I need. [TBNotifier.exe]
