Windows 10: microsoft version of a game wont run smooth game runs perfect on steam please help

hello, im a gamer that plays fishing planet on xbox and on steam i recently decided to download fishing planet for windows on the same computer i run fishing planet on steam. while i play the game on max graphics settings on steam with no issues i cannot run the windows version of the game as its very laggy the windows version cant handle the graphics ive changed the game to run as administrator, ive changed the game to run the correct graphics card i had it fixed for a few mins but a glitch in the game made me restart the game and the fix is gone and i cant get it to run smooth again, any id

Microsoft visual c++ 2015 error when running steam games

When i launch a steam game that needs to install visual c++ i get this error



If i hit ok i get this error



Ive gone through my program list and uninstalled all of the microsoft visual C++ programs listed, and reinstalled them but i still get the error.
