Windows 10: Microsoft Visual c++ 2012 Redistributable 2012 fails to install

I am trying to install this redistributale (2012) and it fails to install. I need this because many games require this and they do not run properly or just fail to install as I am missing this. I have all of the other Redistibutales and this is the only one i have a problem with. It is either stuck on initializing when trying to install or gives me an error. Here is the Log:

Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Update 4 Redistributable Package (KB3119142)

This is how I solved my issue. Don't have a clue as to why it worked:

Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program > I uninstalled all Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributables (There were 4 listed).

Ran Check for updates again. One Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable was installed. It no longer Keeps installing 4 times when a check for updates is done.
