    Microsoft visual C++ 2015-2022 Cannot repair or uninstall because of error 0x80070641


    Went through other questions answered to try to repair/fix the problem but cannot find/locate "windows installer" to fix the problem. I've also tried just re-downloading and installing it but again, it won't work. Opened the Services through services.msc but cannot locate the "windows installer" to do any of the other stepps on the suggestions. I also cannot use the "repair" function to solve the issues.
