Windows 10: Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 not installing properly

Hey, so I've been through the ringer with this problem. Here's the thing; Visual c++ 2017 runtime will not install properly. I've uninstalled it and every iota of data associated with it. Reinstalled: didnt work. Uninstalled every prior instance of Visual C++ back to 2005. Reinstalled everything. Each instance installed properly, until I hit 2017, where it continued to be a pain in the butt. I've tried registering it, didn't work either. Each time it tells me the program is unavailable on my network. I'm tired of yelling "I'm installing it, you *&$# program, of course you can't find it" at my computer, . If there is anyone who knows any other way to fix this blockade in my work flow, I'd love to hear it.

Microsoft Visual 2017 C++ msi wont install.

Software conflicts are one of the possible reasons why this issue is happening. Based on the error message you provided, an older version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 is blocking the installation. We suggest uninstalling Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 from the control
panel before trying to install the new MS Visual 2017. Follow the steps below:

• Open Control Panel.
  
• Click Programs, then click Programs and Features.

Visual C++ Issues. Why did installing Visual C++ 2017 Remove Visual C++ 2015 from my Windows 10 Programs list?

I ran into this problem when I installed Visual C++ 2017 Redistributables X86 and 64 on my Windows 10 PC today.

When I went to my programs list to make sure it registered there properly I found that my latest updated install of

Visual C++ 2015 Redistributables X86 and 64 had both been removed from my programs list.

This is a problem because I have multiple programs, including several games, that require Visual C++ 2015 to run!

What did the VC++ 2017 do to my VC installations?

Can anyone help me with this? I can not get Visual C++ 2015 to reinstall or show back up in my Programs List!!
