Windows 10: Microsoft visual c++ 2022 X64 runtime

A few days ago I downloaded a game called Animalia Survival from Steam, and it said that I need Microsoft Visual C++ to play the game, so I tried to download it and then it kept giving me the error "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation packed 'vc_runtimeMinimum_x64.msi' in the box below." and I looked everywhere on my PC to find that file, but I couldn't, so then I downloaded Microsoft Visual C++ from Microsoft, and of course the x64 version, but then it gave me
