That windows pops in every time i try to run my program in Visualstudio 2017. I would like to read a txt file in but this is always mess up my program. Any idea how to prevent it? (my txt file is in the same file with the source.c)

I'm using Nvidia Geforce Experience and it no longer allows me to update my drivers due to an error.

I've got Microsoft C++ 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015-2022 all installed (x64 and x86).

Running Windows 11 Home

This error came out of nowhere as Nvidia had been working fine prior.
