Windows 10: Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable will not install

Hello, I am attempting to a run a program game via Steam on my PC I am running Windows 11. During my first time running the applicaiton, I was prompted to install a new verion of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. I clicked on a link in install an updated version of MVC++ through Steam. It returned the following error message: Ox80070652. Another installation is already in progress. Complete that installation before proceeding with this intall. To my knowledge, there are no other downloads on my PC pending. After reading some brief advice online, I was reccomended to delete the pre-e

This issue might if the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package is not installed properly.

2008 SP1 Redistributable Packages may require an additional license to install.
