Windows 10: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error (abnormal program termination)

I keep getting the following error when running our agency management system:

This kicks us out of our management program, and we

have to log in again. It happens several times a day.


I'm running a Windows 10 (64) machine and connecting to

a Windows Server 2012 R2. Have tried disabling virus

protection programs, did a clean boot, reinstalled updated

versions of the S Visual C++ programs, deleted all other

third party programs, etc.


Our network consists of Win 7 computers... this is a new

Win 10 and the only one having problems, and the error

only occurs with this particular management program... help?

when i was trying to help my little sister play my old copy rollercoaster tycoon 3 it didn't work.

the message it gave was:

what can i do about this problem?

different method available on Microsoft have already applied but no solution.

The above error is displayed when right clicked on desktop not on the file or folder.
