Windows 10: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error In Windows 10 after 2004 update

In my case, after updating I am getting Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library blank error every time I run a a batch script based on a particular program. I tried repairing Microsoft visual C++ redistributables, sfc/scannow, even tried running the program in safe but still the same error, and uninstalling these new updates, but nothing worked. And now I think I might have to just reinstall windows or please help me fix the problem. The windows build number is 19041.vb_release.191206-1406 and my system is Sony VIOS SVF1532GSAW. The CPU is an Intel i7 4800u and the GPU is Nvidia 740M. Bios version is Insyde Corp. R1050DB, 11/29/2013. Here's a screenshot of the error: https://imgur.com/a/sY3Natt

Microsoft Visual C++Runtime Library Error

Every time I try to open my files library I get a Runtime Error that says Microsoft Visual C++Runtime Library. This is a new computer and it's running Windows 10
