Windows 10: Microsoft Visual C++ Studio 2012 Redistributables isn't working

I've recently tried to install the game Smite, only to be given this message before my computer force restarts.After diving into a deep rabbit hole to try and even figure out what this means, I decided to just try and install Visual C++ 2012 x64 and x86. It turns out I do have it installed... or at least I think I do. Trying to repair or uninstall the x64 version of the program leads to a set up failure "0x8007015e - No action was taken as a system reboot is required." I installed: Visual C++ Redistributable For Visual Studio 2012 Update 4

I just installed Visual C++ Redistributable For Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 to my PC running Windows 10. It dumped the following files & folders into my Local Disk C folder. Can any of these files or folders be safely deleted without effecting Visual C++ Redistributable For Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 in any way? Thank you for your time. Yesterday i tried to install a game, but when it was installing the "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4" it stopped during the installation. I used task manager to close the installation. After this any other attempt to either repair
or uninstall this redistributable it doesn't do anything
