Windows 10: Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Service Pack 1 KB2736182 for Windows 11

Hello,Using Visual Studio 2019 & 22 I have this issue where I get no syntax error warnings nor highlighting.This started happening after my upgrade to Windows 11 from 10.I looked into the issue and it seems I am missing Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Service Pack 1 KB2736182.However, this pack is not suported for windows 11.How do I resolve?

Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Express for Windows Phone

How Can i upgrade the 'Visual Studio 2010 Express for the windows phone'(which comes with the Windows phone 7/7.1 SDK) to the Visual Studio 2010 Service pack 1? As far as i know that i can upgrade if i am using 'Visual Studio 2010' to service pack
one; but if it is for windows phone, can i upgrade it? I tried to install service pack 1 after installing Windows phone SDK in the hope that it will upgrade the 'Visual Studio 2010 Express for windows phone' to service pack one but an error message is showing
that your system doesn't meet the compatibility requirements.
