Windows 10: Microsoft VLSC - Availability of Older Versions of Windows 10 OS

I purchased my Windows 10 version 1511 back in 2016.For various reasons I want to do a clean install of Windows 10 version 1909 Nov.I've looked through the Microsoft Download Catalogue but can only find an ISO for Windows 8.1However, I know that Microsoft offers all the older Windows 10 Operating System version ISO's on its VLSC.Does anyone know why Microsoft hides these ISO's behind a paywall away from valid software & key holders?

Mine showed up the other night. The Keys showed up a couple of days before the download did. I did notice that the number of downloads under Windows changed several times before I got Windows 10 added to my download list. The VLSC currently list 139
downloads under Windows for me but that includes Windows 10 Education versions.

I would like to know when customer purchases on-premies SKUs/products on any program, their license/product will be made available to by downloaded through VLSC. is it based on Coverage start date indicated in the order that the product availability
will appear on VLSC?

 

Microsoft Office 2019 Will Run on Windows 10, and Only Windows 10

I don't see how this pushes anyone to upgrade. There really isn't any need to "buckle in". Users are always free to keep using Windows XP (wat), Windows 7, Windows whatever and any version of office released while in mainstream support. Office 2010, 2013, and Office 2016 work great. Windows 7 works fine. Windows 8 works fine. Windows 10 works fine. Each OS version, just like the competition, have flaws or annoyances. Always have, always will. No need to sit around and whine - if you don't like the OS you use feel free to write your own and see how it goes.

Microsoft is designing Office 2019 to work with Windows 10 instead a gimped version that is unstable or missing features in older outdated OS releases. It is really simple.
