Windows 10: Microsoft voice typing launcher disappears while using screen dimming software in windows 11

When I use any screen dimming software {such a night mode,dimmer, pangolin screen brightness} to reduce the brightness of screen then Microsoft voice typing launcher does not appear automatically in place where there is need to voice typing in Windows 11.I think screen dimming software has some relation with pop up voice typing launcher of Windows 11. Use of dimming software stop the Microsoft Voice launcher appear automatically. I want that Microsoft voice Typing Launcher Appears automatically while using any screen dimming software. As you can see from screen shorts that at 80% brightness

What is the dimming software you're using exactly? Have you tried uninstalling it to see if it fixes voice typing?
