Windows 10: Microsoft website access denied and windows is not properly updating.

Hi guys, For the past few months, my laptop has been trying to install a new Windows 11 update. Whenever I restart the laptop after the update is installed, it takes a long time saying "Windows updating." It loads, but when it reaches 99%, it says "Something didn't go as planned. No need to worry — undoing changes. Please keep your computer on," and then it restarts without updating. This has been happening for the past few months and has caused my laptop to slow down in many areas. How can I get rid of this issue? Router Denying Websites

My Router is denying certain websites, from a certain Server, but I don't remember equipping it to do so. It's a seemingly random occurance (which will not stop). Server's websites are perfectly accessible once the router is removed and straight cable connection is used instead. Frustrating.

I've tried resetting the router, but it doesn't want to for some reason (held and pressed button for 15 secs).
