    Microsoft Whiteboard crashes almost anytime someone tries to join a session. How to fix?


    I have started a Whiteboard session, set the web sharing link to "on," and copied and shared the link with others, so that they can join. But almost anytime anyone goes to that link, the Whiteboard app will open and say "We are opening your whiteboard..." and it will appear to be loading for a few seconds, but then Whiteboard will just close entirely. I just tried it about 20 or so times and this happened most times. It actually did successfully join the Whiteboard session maybe a couple of times, but I didn't do anything differently, so I don't know why it worked those couple of times. Most of the time, the Whiteboard app simply closes by itself after a few seconds.

    Microsoft Whiteboard

    I created a new whiteboard and drew something on it. When finished, I deleted this whiteboard and a previous whiteboard was deleted as well. How can I recover the first whiteboard?
