Windows 10: Microsoft whiteboard stopped working after update on win 10.

I am posting this on the update as this issue happened after update and also there is no Microsoft whiteboard on the help Currently I am using win 10. I am a teacher an I use Microsoft whiteboard daily. After update Microsoft whiteboard stopped working on my school and home pc which runs win 10. At work I checked with my colleagues. Out of 10 PC's. The ones running win 10 stopped running Microsoft whiteboard which is 8 computers. The computers that are running win 11 are working fine. Please fic Microsoft Whiteboard for win 10. Currently I am looking for an alternative which is annoying as al

1. May I know if you are using Microsoft 365 business account or Microsoft 365 personal account?
   
2. Could you provide the version of Microsoft Whiteboard? You can go to Windows Settings > Apps > Microsoft Whiteboard > Advanced and provide the screenshot of it.
   
3. May I know if you downloaded Microsoft Whiteboard from Microsoft Store?

1. Please switch to another network, or quit anti-virus software on your device and check the result.
   
2. If you get issue when using Whiteboard App, please try using Whiteboard for the web at https://whiteboard.microsoft.com in browser and check if it works normally.
   
3. If you are using Whiteboard app, try uninstall the app, reinstall it from Microsoft Store and check the result.

1. If you have any antivirus software, please quit them temporarily and check the result.
   
2. Try sign out your account from the app, restart devices, sign in back and check the result.
   
3. To check if the issue related to your network, try connecting to another network and check the result.
   
4. If you are using Word and school account that is managed by your organization, please make sure you have authentication app required by your organization installed on your devices.
   
5. Try use whiteboard for the web and check the result: Microsoft Whiteboard

1. Can you use whiteboard for the web normally?
   
2. Which kind of accounts you are using for signing whiteboard? Account crated by yourself or account assigned by your organization?
