Windows 10: Microsoft Windows 10 IoT Dashboard. Is it going away.

This link: https://iottools.blob.core.windows.net/iotdashboard/setup.exe has been broken for days. Does this mean MS is getting rid of .NET CORE.

Install IoT Windows 10 on a SD card

I tried several times to install IoT Windows 10 on a SD card (Philips 8GB) with Windows IoT Core Dashboard. But every single time when my Raspberry is booting it trows a Blue Screen with the message BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO. I followed all steps correctly.

Any idea's?

Actually, IoT Core does not have a menu, that is the default application that comes installed on the sample image from Microsoft. When you create your device you would replace that default experience with the purpose driven application for your solution.
