Windows 10: Microsoft Windows 11 set up shows the laptop I am about to buy is locked to a business or...

Hi, I have a couple of laptops I am about to purchase and are trying to install windows 11 on them. They are 10th gen i7 processors so windows 11 works fine on them. But during set up I deleted the partitions on the hdd before running windows set up after I connect to the Wi-Fi, a screen loads as normal asking me to log in using my Microsoft account but with these two units, they appear to be locked to a business Shows a business name and won't accept my Microsoft account details. I had one of these in the past from someone else who from their end without access to the units was able to re

How do I buy Windows 11 with a business account?

Hi,

I have a MSFT 365 Business Premium subscription, which is tied to a work account. I am the admin for the organization.

I need to buy a Windows 11 license key, but I can't figure out how to do that with the work account. Some things I've tried:

• Open the Microsoft Store app and buy a license -- this doesn't work because I can't sign into the Store with my work account
  
• Buy a license online from Buy and Download Windows 11 Pro | Microsoft -- this doesn't work because I can't login with my work account and I can't create a new Microsoft account with that email address
  
• Buy it from this MSFT site: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/business/windows-11-pro -- this doesn't work because I don't need a new device, just the Windows 11 license key
  

Can anyone provide guidance how I can buy a Windows 11 license key with my work account?

lock screen not showing photo i set...

Thank you for posting your concern on Microsoft Answer Community.

We need few information.

• What is the Windows 10 version?
  
• Did you made any recent changes on the PC?
  
• Does the lock screen picture changes all the time?
  

We would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and let us know if that helps.

1. Press Windows and I from the keyboard.
   
2. Click on Personalization, then click
   Lock screen from the left pane.
   
3. Set the Background as
   picture, select the picture you want to setup under Choose your picture.

Windows 10 Business - how to show all accounts on lock screen

We are using Windows 10 Business (Pro) and have computers that have multiple people using from day to day. They are all set up in the accounts as Work users.

On the Lock screen, only the currently logged-in, or most recently logged-in user is listed, otherwise you have to chose other account and type in your email address to log in.

How can you get the lock screen to always show you a list of all available accounts for this computer?
