    Hello:I installed Microsoft Windows 11 Version 22H2 on my laptop on 21-Sep-2022. After that I observed that my system was slow especially with Microsoft Edge and Whastapp Desk top applications. On 9-Nov-2022 I installed the following2022-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5019980.2022-11 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 KB5020622.After the above installs my system started performing well.However, from yesterday 22-Nov-2022 I find that the previous problems returned - Microsoft Edge slow, Whatsapp D
