Microsoft Vendor Authorization

Hi,

I work with Defence Research and Development Organization ( Central Govt Org, India) .

I am buying 10 Licenses for Windows 10 Professional and 10 Licenses for Windows 2019 Server.

One of the vendor ie "Generic Software Solutions" has submitted the " Microsoft Authorized Education Partner - Academic Volume Licensing certificate" to the organization.

Pls let me know is he authorize to supply the said items to our organization based on the above certificate. we are not in academics.
