Windows 10: Microsoft-Windows-DistributedCOM

When ever I go to any webpage using Firefox 64bit version 47.0 I get this error in Event Viewer. Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it. I did however open up Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, and Chrome accessing same webpages which did not produce any errors in event viewer. So, it appears that the issue is with Firefox browser. Windows 10 error 10016 from Run-time broker - cannot change permissions

I get the 10016 error about 50-100 times a week when I switch from my wife's account to my account using Win 10. (Ver 1703 Build 15063.726) It isn't a virus. I use 3 virus checkers and there are no reports. The Windows programmers just can't seem to be
bothered to fix this issue. It happened six times today already and at least five times yesterday.

So I just live with it.

Try the 32 bit version, see if it still occurs. If not then the bug in in the 64 bit version.
