Hi, I have a problem with my HP laptop model 14-d034la. I have connected a second display TOSHIBA and a Genius keyboard. For more than a year, every time I want to just use the laptop, I see an error with a blue screen. For several months I did not turn
off the laptop, I just put it in suspended mode. I think that originated the error. Can you help me?
