Windows 10: Microsoft-Windows-Perflib EventID 1008 1023 2004-Any real solutions??

Did anybody out there ever, ever found a -working- solution for the below eventlog errors.
For Windows 10 x64 stand alone version (not server)
Note that the technet solution does not work

Disable perflib error logging for a specific application

How can I disable Perflib and PerfNet errors for a specific application?

I use glint.exe for a limited funtion, that displays HDD access indicator. No alternatives for this program I could find.

Problem is that this program accesses many perflib (which I do not need) functions at the startup, and leaves bunch of event 1008 and 2004 errors.

Now, I just want to disable logging by this app.
