    Hi,so I notice in my task manger that Microsoft Windows Phone Dialer is using almost 75% of my GPU I tried to end task but it didn't work and tried to remove it using powershell and it told me access denied how can I kill it or uninstall it please? thanks.my GPU is Gigabyte 2070 super
