Windows 10: Microsoft-Windows-Search 3036 in Macrium 6.2

Sign in error with microsoft account

Hi, I tried what suggested in the link (option 2 and 3, not the Startup repair), but I still have the same issue. I can login with local account but not using a Microsoft account, neither new created nor already created.

The problem is that the error message is completely useless.

 

Event 3036, search - crawl could not be completed

my system is running on windows 10 pro (x64) 10586 v 1511. the following event is logged in the event viewer:

Hi, I assume you are asking for help to resolve this. It's possible you'll get better help on Macrium's own forum, where Macrium experts will see it.

 

Macrium purchased three years, Tech. Support only for ONE year. Knowledgebase was searched many times by me !!

 

Just considering the error number:

A very quick search for 0x80004005 macrium gives this- which looks very similar:

Of course, you can only use support forums if you purchase Macrium Reflect - not if you have free version.

 

Like I said before, I have the FULL PURCHASED VERSIONS (now up to 6.2), one full for MY Computer and another FULL for my Wife's !!
