    Microsoft Windows Store missing from my win10 computer


    The store is gone. apps I bought through the store are grayed out.
    tried the wreset... nothing happened.
    microsoft windows store is grayed out.
    When I right click on windows store, it's not listed
    How do I get the store back on my computer?

    When in win10:
    • Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....
    Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
    - Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Thank you for the reply and update.


    • Are you signing in with Microsoft User account or local user account?

    I suggest you to follow these steps and check if this helps.


    • Press Windows key + R key to open Run.

    • Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.

    Restart the PC and sign in with Microsoft User account and check if you are able to find Windows Store icon.

    Keep us informed to help you further.
