Windows 10: Microsoft-Windows-WER-SystemErrorReporting EventID 1001 [ Qualifiers] 16384

I am facing a problem with my computer last two months. I would appriciate, if you could help me out.


It started with the keyboard. It was typing itself. Random keys are not always the same key later on the mouse started, not moving every now and then for one second or two. I deleted the driver and reinstalled it, I checked the power management settings, checked with 2 virus scanners and found nothing, formatted twice and reinstalled Windows, bought a new keyboard. After the formatting and keyboard change, the keyboard no longer typed itself, but the mouse remained the same. I did some research and found that it might be an electrical problem, so I took the extension cord out and plugged in the computer directly. It was okay one day, but now when I use USB ports of the case for the mouse, the problem with the mouse comes back. The problem gets worse when I play a game. If I plug usb stick to the case and play; it acts as if I am connecting and disconnecting all the time.


I don't know, if these problems related to restarting problem, but since 2 weeks my computer started restarting itself. It happens anytime, even if I am checking a webpage or let the computer on and doing nothing.

I ran into the error DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL suddenly after this pc does not start .Two more error also occur refernce_memory_error and memory management errot
